MY review for this helmet isn't based on its merits. It's fine and sturdy. My issue was with the company. We ordered this at Thanksgiving and I guess due to high demand I got an email about 9 days later saying they couldn't fulfill my order because they were sold out. I went right back on to Amazon and ordered another. Turns out they weren't sold out at all, just overwhelmed with Christmas orders. I would order this again, but not depend on timely arrival! I would have expected a smoother transaction from these guys. I wouldn't let my child ride until the helmet arrived, so make sure to order in advance.
